This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Customer Service Engineer III you will be responsible for:
- Performs complex equipment installation, trial runs, investigative tests, repairs and overhauls.
- Performs complex product and service training to customers. Performs complex maintenance using tools, test equipment, etc., and completes and documents all installations, inspections, maintenance and repair work, and failures.
- Performs service on complex imaging systems.
- Communicates and interfaces with customer personnel to provide quality service and feedback on problem evaluation and resolution.
- Performs assessment of complex product/equipment performance based on field support data and recommends modifications or improvements.
- Participates in the negotiation and administration of service or systems contracts.

Experience Required for Your Success
- HS diploma or equivalent required (Associates degree in Electronics or 1-2 years of vocational technical training preferred).Specialized skill training/certification may be required
- 5-8 years of successful experience in area of responsibility
- Thorough/advanced knowledge of a technical or specialty area
- Strong Customer service skills are a requirement
- Valid Driver's license in good standing
- Must be at least 21 years of age in order to participate in the required Siemens vehicle plan
