Century Group has a client in the real-estate industry who is searching for a detailed Accounting and Financial Analyst to join their fast-growing organization. Great opportunity to contribute to both detailed financial analysis projects and accounting related projects. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and location. Expected starting base salary $47 to $53 per hour.
Job Description:
Forensic accounting - creating and analyzing historical cash flows for various properties
Assist with historical review of several corporate entities, review financial statements and possible prep depending on candidate skillset
Responding to portfolio inquiries from investors (providing answers on financial results, trends, projections)
Help with month-end close and reporting activities
Due diligence assistance
Help design financial reporting for new Intacct ERPRequirements:
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Able to communicate with professionals at all levels
