Position Purpose:

The primary responsibility of this position is to support the Company's Monday.com platform. Monday.com is the Company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program used for all customer, opportunity pipeline, and sales metric data. Monday.com is also used throughout the organization as the Company's Work Operating System (O/S) for task and resource management.

Acting as the Monday.com Administrator, you will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, and maintenance of our Monday.com platform. You will collaborate closely with various departments to understand their workflow needs and translate these requirements into efficient Monday.com solutions. Your expertise will ensure that Monday.com remains optimized, user-friendly, and aligned with our organizational objectives.

Position Responsibilities:
  • Configure Monday.com to meet organizational needs, including customizing workflows, creating boards/dashboards, and integrating with other tools.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement solutions to ensure smooth operation of Monday.com.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and implement changes to the platform.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to users, ensuring they can effectively utilize Monday.com to enhance productivity and collaboration. This includes managing permission levels and board security.
  • Create and maintain documentation related to Monday.com configurations, processes, and best practices.
  • Conduct regular audits of Monday.com data and processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.
  • Generate monthly metrics to track progress, identify trends, and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on new Monday.com features and capabilities to suggest improvements and drive innovation.
Other Responsibilities:

In addition to serving as the Monday.com system administrator/platform owner, this position will serve as the system administrator/owner (training, configuration, enhancement, and data accuracy) for the following business development-related software platforms:
  • North Boundary (Service maintenance pricing tool)
  • Convex / Atlas (Service maintenance prospecting tool)
  • Pandadoc (proposal generation and signature tool)
As this role oversees the primary business development software platforms, this role will also provide business development coordination support to include:
  • Sales metric tracking, including monthly reporting
  • Sales awards tracking, including planning and coordination of sales award trips
  • Sales presentation (VISME) support
  • Annual Sales and Operations Kick Off Meeting support
  • Strategic Pursuit Board and meetings
Serve as a key supporting member within the company's Bassett Transformation Office (BTO), which was established as a department to help accelerate the company's digital transformation. As a part of the BTO, you will partner with the Senior Business Analyst to:
  • Assess, design, develop, implement, and test opportunities identified by the BTO Operating Committee to improve existing systems and/or processes.
    When needed, conduct interviews with end users and other key stakeholders to gain a deeper understanding of the current and future state.
  • Establish effective connections and partnerships with the company's IT Department, process/system owners, end users, and other stakeholders. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is critical.
  • As part of implementation efforts, ensure adequate documentation of work instructions, SOPs, and training materials.
Summary of Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred (will consider equivalent experience in lieu of degree)
  • Certification in Monday.com or similar platforms (preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience providing support within software applications and systems, including experience working with CRM systems
  • Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience creating dashboards and reports (Microsoft Power BI experience preferred)
  • Solid understanding of project management principles and workflow automation.
  • Experience with software integrations (MAKE or similar experience preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues
  • Experience in training and supporting users on technology platforms
  • Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, with a variety of people in a team environment
