No prior experience is necessary, but it's definitely a plus Your role will involve recruiting, screening, evaluating, and interviewing potential candidates for a variety of employment opportunities, including temporary projects, temp-to-hire, and direct hire positions. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with our client companies to consult and deliver staffing solutions tailored to their organizational needs.Key Candidate Characteristics: Success in this role hinges on your customer service mindset. You'll thrive in a collaborative team environment, facilitating open communication to achieve results. Your adaptability will shine in our fast-paced setting as you seamlessly transition between tasks.
