Springhill Suites Denver Downtown est buscando a alguien que pueda trabajar principalmente en turnos diurnos o nocturnos como ingeniero de mantenimiento. Aceptando aplicaciones hasta 5/4/24 o hasta lleno

Responsabilidades:
  • Responder y manejar las solicitudes de los huspedes de manera corts, eficiente y segura.
    Realizar el mantenimiento preventivo y las reparaciones necesarias y todos los equipos del hotel, incluyendo cocina, lavandera, caldera, plomera, piscina, HVAC, electricidad y habitaciones de huspedes.
  • Supervisar y mantener todas las funciones de ingeniera cuando el personal de ingeniera completo no est disponible (es decir, fines de semana y noches). Responder a todas las situaciones de emergencia, incluidas alarmas de incendio, amenazas de bomba, desastres y cortes de energa; notificar a las autoridades correspondientes.
  • Haga rondas por la propiedad del hotel para asegurarse de que todo est en funcionamiento.
  • Limpiar y mantener todos los equipos y reas de trabajo.
  • Complete las solicitudes de mantenimiento, tome lecturas de equipos y medidores y mantenga un registro para notificar el prximo turno. Documente todas las piezas utilizadas y las piezas necesarias para comprar.
  • Manejar averas de ascensores.
  • Mantener registros adecuados del Programa de Mantenimiento Preventivo de Habitaciones y del Programa de Solicitud.
  • Complete los formularios de solicitud de rdenes de trabajo de forma diaria y oportuna.
  • Informe cualquier condicin insegura al liderazgo.
