Relevant degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in materials science, chemistry or relevant scientific discipline is ideal. 15+ years of operational management experience with P&L accountability. Experience in laboratory operations in materials science or scientific testing services is a plus. Knowledge of export control requirements (EAR, ITAR) and industry standards (FDA GMP and GLP, DLA, ISO9001, ISO17025, ISO27001, NIST 800-171, NAD-CAP) is a plus.
