Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Preconstruction Manager. The Preconstruction Manager will be responsible for construction estimating, cost management, design management, proposal writing, and budgeting. This role is based in Grand Junction, CO with the flexibility for some remote work.
Qualifications

  • Construction Estimating, Cost Management, and Budgeting skills
  • Design Management skills
  • Proposal Writing skills
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
  • Experience in the construction industry is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
