Pelican Bay Foundation is the premier luxury community in Naples, FL. One of the area's largest exclusive enclaves, situated on more than three square miles and bordered by pristine white-sand beaches, our community offers the most diverse slate of amenities and activities anywhere in the region, and we are seeking a full-time, year-round Bartender to join our Food and Beverage team, in Naples, FL.

The Foundation manages all common areas, including two beach facilities and two private beachfront restaurants, two tennis facilities, two boardwalks, the Fitness Center and Wellness Studio, the Community Center, and approximately 90 acres of land.

In this role, you will be a part of the front-of-the-house (FOH) F&B team and cultivate a culture of creating memorable experiences for members and guests. You'll have excellent communication skills, deliver a high level of customer service, and have the ability to maintain the highest integrity. Requirements

What You'll Do

• Ensure dining areas are clean and properly arranged
• Organize, clean, and sanitize work areas before, during, and after each shift
• Replenishes beverages as necessary and checks with member/guests for overall satisfaction
• Maintain proper and adequate set-up of an assigned area
• Check with member/guests for overall satisfaction
• Properly stores and secures product and equipment at end of shift
• Set, buss, and reset tables to standards including chairs, table bases and surrounding floor areas

• Minimum High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• Any combination of education, training, and work experience which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities as described
• FL DBPR approved ServeSafe Manager food handler certification preferred

• At least 3 months of bartending experience
• Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service of various alcoholic beverages
• Ability to bend, lift and carry 50+ pounds
• Ability to develop full knowledge of Foundation menus, including ingredients, and preparation
• Ability to operate Point of Sale system and/or reservation system
• Ability to stand; walk; use hands to touch, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop; kneel; crouch; or crawl; and talk; or hear

• Ability to work in a diverse environment with focus on customer service and teamwork
• Work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team
• Must be adaptable to change and be able to handle stressful situations
• Must be willing to "pitch in" and help co-workers with their job duties and be a team player
