**OVERVIEW**

The Auditor roles primary responsibility is to work independently to assist in ensuring an adequate control structure is in place in the ShopHQ environment. This is accomplished by conducting, coordinating, and monitoring the timely audits of various aspects operations including audits of the cycle counting process, picking accuracy, slot integrity, returns, receiving, putaway, packing and shipping accuracy. Audits will provide assurance that operational accuracy is at an acceptable level in the DCs as determined by management.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

* Conduct distribution center audit testing: Independently conduct audit testing in the areas of picking accuracy, slot integrity, returns, receiving, putaway, packing and shipping accuracy.

* Independently conduct audits of slot integrity

* Independently conduct audits of the cycle counting process

* Report results and provide recommendations: Assist the Manager, Internal Audit in the reporting of audit results for all areas under audit; Provide recommendations (control improvements, process improvements, etc.) to DC Management

* Assume additional responsibilities and perform special projects and audits, as needed.

* Perform other duties as needed

**SCHEDULE**

Sunday through Thursday 4:30pm - 3:00am

**QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**

* 6 Months of Warehouse Management Operating experience in various systems including WMS, Oracle, Intelligrated, Shopify and/or SKUBANA

* Minimum: 2 to 5 years of previous experience in distribution operations

* Previous audit or distribution environment experience

* Self-Driver and ability to drive others

* Proficient in Microsoft Office

* To ensure service levels, it is essential that the individual in this role be able to work a regular and reliable schedule as provided by management.

* Given the significant responsibilities of this role, it is essential that this role be filled on a full-time basis only.

* It is essential that the duties of this role be performed on-site at ShopHQs facility.

* Power Equipment Operation up to 45 for up to 10 hours per day
