Perform preventive maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting HVAC equipment to prevent breakdowns and optimize performance. Test HVAC systems to ensure proper operation, including checking temperature levels, airflow, and refrigerant levels. Identify and replace faulty components such as motors, compressors, thermostats, and electrical wiring. Collaborate with other technicians and team members to share knowledge and expertise, contributing to a positive work environment and efficient service delivery. Represent the company professionally, demonstrating excellent customer service skills and maintaining a clean and organized work area. Qualifications: 1+ years of experience in HVAC Service or Maintenance. Familiarity with a variety of HVAC brands, models, and equipment types. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to clients and team members effectively. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Whats in it for you?
