Client Advisor
to take on existing client relationships. The Lead Client Advisor acts as the primary manager of the client relationship and other service areas of the firm by generating and maintaining client relationships through client communications and coordinated delivery of services across a spectrum of service offerings.
The ideal candidate has strong experience building and managing client relationships with specific exposure to complex planning and investment management. This individual must be able to create and present investment and other financial plans thoroughly and concisely. This position does offer path to partnership. This is a great opportunity for a growth oriented advisor with strong technical skills that wants to be highly rewarded for growing the client base through internal and external referrals.
Responsibilities:
Maintain regular client communication, attend and lead client meetings, and oversee client service efforts across advisory and tax teams.
Serves as a resource for clients with complex needs around estate planning, executive compensation, retirement planning, etc.
Lead the sales process and oversees new business presentations including marketing collateral.
Maintain a regular referral process from COI networks.
Oversee preparation and maintenance of client accounts including account opening, compliance reviews, and custom reporting.
Requirements:
10+ years of wealth management experience preferably with exposure to complex investment and financial planning strategies for HNW/UHNW relationships.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or other advanced degrees preferred.
Exceptional ability to create and present various financial plans.
Compensation:
Attractive base salary and bonus potential along with excellent benefits package. Path to partnership.
