The base salary range is from $90,000 to $120,000 per year and is commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications. Employees are also eligible for annual discretionary bonuses. Some of our favorites being Pedal the Cause, Kidstruction, Big Brothers Big Sisters and more Responsibilities This is an on-site position Lead project teams with clear vision, priorities, and performance expectations Manage all project phases from conception through warranty with seamless transitions Implement integrated documentation systems that mitigate risk and enhance performance Review, negotiate and manage contracts with thorough risk identification and mitigation strategies Leverage submittal and RFI processes to enhance project quality, control, and costs Make strategic procurement decisions balancing cost, quality, and schedule impacts Manage project budgets with proactive monitoring and early corrective actions Implement efficient billing processes that optimize cash flow and minimize disputes Create, manage and analyze comprehensive schedules with effective recovery strategies when needed Optimize resource allocation to maximize productivity and minimize conflicts Implement targeted risk strategies that effectively mitigate specific project risks Manage client relationships to achieve high satisfaction and balance project constraints Implement proactive quality systems that prevent defects and maintain consistent standards Foster genuine safety culture exceeding compliance requirements with preventative measures and enforcement Develop and implement change management systems to minimize schedule and budget impacts Implement targeted interventions to improve labor productivity when issues arise Apply value engineering principles that reduce cost while maintaining quality Successfully manage complex projects ($1M-$20M) meeting all key metrics Leverage advanced software capabilities to enhance project performance Document project experiences and systematically apply lessons to future work Integrate functions across departmental boundaries to enhance project delivery Implement data-driven decision making with meaningful performance metrics Actively develop team capabilities and leadership potential Qualifications Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field 5-8 years of construction experience with at least 3 years in project management Demonstrated success managing projects of increasing complexity Strong leadership, financial management, and client relationship skills Proven ability to build and lead effective project teams Additional Skills & Abilities Technical Skills Comprehensive understanding of electrical design, construction methods, and project delivery Thorough knowledge of contracts, financial management, and risk mitigation strategies Advanced capabilities in scheduling, resource optimization, and change management Expertise in quality control methodologies and safety program implementation Expert proficiency in all project management software applications Core Competencies Strong project leadership with ability to motivate high-performing teams Advanced problem-solving capabilities addressing root causes with sustainable solutions Negotiation skills achieving favorable outcomes while maintaining relationships Independent decision-making with sound judgment even with incomplete information Strategic client relationship building focused on long?term partnerships Effective conflict management resolving issues while strengthening relationships Comprehensive financial management with consistent budget performance Risk assessment and mitigation with tailored strategies for specific risk profiles Ability to build high-performing teams and develop talent Professional Behaviors Provides clear, consistent direction aligned with project objectives Addresses performance issues promptly with constructive approaches Builds relationships based on understanding clients' business objectives Makes appropriate decisions independently while seeking guidance on complex issues Addresses routine challenges independently and escalates with proposed solutions Takes personal responsibility for both successes and setbacks Establishes clear expectations and holds team accountable for commitments Adapts communication approach based on stakeholder needs and preferences Identifies process improvement opportunities and implements effective changes All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status.
