As part of the Operations Team you will be collaborating with Production, Warehouse, Quality, Logistics to ensure continuity of supply of parts/materials supplied to support internal manufacturing. You will have ownership of purchased material into the Donaldson-Waterloo facility including inventory management. Role Responsibilities Purchases parts, materials, and supplies used in the manufacturing process using Oracle. Purchases MRO items including office supplies. Reviews daily schedules and exception management to ensure continuity of supply/inventory management. Develops relationships with suppliers and continuously improves supplier performance in quality, delivery, cost, and risk management. Supports quality team through supporting supplier PPAP and NCR process. Manages invoices in our system. Code and approve non-PO items. PO items will need to be reviewed for receiving/pricing issues and resolved for Accounting to pay Suppliers on time. Manages plant purchasing reporting (PPV, cost saving, supplier OTD) and take appropriate corrective actions when needed Achieves and maintains Business KPI's of Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost for the plant. Collaborates with suppliers to optimize inventory through stocking agreements with the supplier. Minimum Qualifications: 3 years of previous manufacturing, sourcing, buying, supply chain and or procurement experience. Microsoft Word & Excel in an office environment ERP/MRP Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree or equivalent Strong written and verbal communication skills. MRP/ERP - Oracle Quick learner, flexible and people orientated, and customer focus.
