Although our primary focus is vehicle electronics, we specialize in all types of vehicle accessories and our team of certified technicians will be there to help your vision become a reality that you will be happy to present to your client.ResponsibilitiesAs a Product Specialist here at Cartronics, your primary duty is to assist and engage customers inside the store, over the phone, through text messaging, and email by utilizing customer service techniques taught by us and tailored to our industry.Responsibilities will include:•Learning about our core product categories by completing the Product Technology Specialist Certification paid for by us•Learning and utilizing our proven sales techniques to serve the customer and to maximize sales.•Learning and utilizing our web-based Point of Sale and Inventory platform to locate parts and create detailed estimates for clients.•Making sure that the client feels comfortable and confident with our company and the upgrades they are seeking.•Providing top-notch customer service to every customer, from the initial impression to the delivery and follow-up. This includes understanding and articulating to the customer what is going on with their vehicle at all times.•Managing your retail store's inventory and making sure that your showroom is clean and orderly.•Drive sales. You have to be a closer Not every client that reaches out to us know the full extent of what we have to offer. We want team members who are self-motivated and know how to hit sales goalsQualifications•Must have a positive attitude every day and a desire to learn new concepts and ideas.•Must have great communication skills and be able to empathize with customers' needs and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions.•Needs to have problem-solving skills and be able to research solutions for vehicles on their own.•Needs to be comfortable using a computer for everything and to be reasonably good at typing.•Needs to be 18 or older.•Needs to be able to work 5 days a week including Saturdays.
