Conduct regular reviews and analyses of financial data to identify trends and variances. Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to management, summarizing key financial information. Generate financial statements in accordance with applicable accounting standards. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and financial policies. Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits and examinations. Contribute to the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts. Monitor budgetary performance and provide variance analysis. Identify opportunities for process improvement in financial procedures and systems. Implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations. Provide financial insights to assist in strategic decision-making. Requirements and Skills: 3 – 5 years of experience as a Senior Accountant or in a similar role. In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel. Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy. Effective communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or relevant certification preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr
