Truly Good Foods has sales and distribution offices in Orlando, Atlanta, Washington DC, Reno, Dallas and Charlotte, NC. Our SQF, Kosher and organic production facility in Charlotte roasts nuts & seeds daily and blends over 60 bulk snack mixes. These facilities also package and re-box many of our items to meet our customers' varied needs. Charlotte is our corporate headquarters, and is home to purchasing, accounting, and sales & marketing offices.

$250.00 Sign on Bonus after 90 days in good standing

Schedule:

• 8:00pm - 4:30 am

The Sanitation Technician keeps equipment cleaned and sanitized following FDA, HACCP, and other applicable regulatory standards. Maintains the building facility clean and in orderly condition by performing janitorial duties as directed.

Key Responsibilities
•Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuums hallways, stairs and office space.
•Cleans, sanitizes, and documents such on all production equipment in compliance with FDA, HACCP, and other applicable regulations.
•Cleans and disinfects bathroom facilities.
•Empties trash and garbage containers, including recycling.
•Cleans and breakdown machines/roasters for cleaning in a daily/weekly basis.
•Notifies management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating, and ventilating equipment.

Education and Experience
•High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Physical Demands
•The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 150 pounds. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required to stand. The employee is frequently required to walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
