An Inventory Control Lead will possess excellent problem solving, communication, and leadership skills. You will be responsible for overseeing the accuracy and quality of our processes. What You'll DoAssist in supervising employees to help ensure efficiency and productivityEnsure coverage of labor for special tasks, projects and Receiving Responsible for Filling Up Daily Production ReviewRoot Cause Analysis of Zone Audit Discrepancy Results - ensure that analysis is performed in a timely mannerPhantom Reports and Amnesty BinLabor Hours - make sure that hours are reported to the correct categoryResponsible for Weekly Location Healthy Backlog and Dwelling Meetings and Reporting Help ensure that zone audit counts are completed quarterly based on Frequency Count defined by Management Assistance in Replenishing Production Supplies if neededAct as a back -up personnel if needed for daily Inventory tasksMaintenance of the Cycle Count Approval Page(s)Maintenance of the Location ReportsBarcode File CleanupActive vs InactiveData Entry ErrorsItem or Lot Adjustments Barcode/RFID ChangesAssist Receiving department if neededRun daily and Ad Hoc reportsAssist in Problem-solving with other departments when inventory issue is reportedHelp report issues to IT for any HJ related issuesEnsure that JIRA requests are completed in a timely mannerProvide on the spot coaching according to TBT policies and escalate more severe issues to the supervisorAdhere to all company policies and safety proceduresWho You AreExperience in inventory and Excel is a plus3+ years experience as an Inventory Control lead or similar role is requiredA real self-starter; able to work in an autonomous work environmentAble to work 10-hour shifts and overtime as required.
