Job Overview:

As a Recruiter Trainee, you will enter the fast-paced world of technical staffing, learning to navigate and succeed in the end-to-end recruitment process. Your role is pivotal in connecting top tech talent with innovative projects, helping shape the tech landscape by ensuring our clients have the right teams in place.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master cutting-edge recruitment techniques under the mentorship of seasoned recruiters.
  • Engage with potential candidates using various channels such as social media, networking events, and job fairs.
  • Perform initial screening calls to evaluate candidates qualifications and organizational fit.
  • Coordinate the interview process, ensuring smooth communication between candidates and hiring managers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in any field; experience in sales, customer service, or similar roles with strong interpersonal skills is preferred.
  • Active involvement in sports or similar team-oriented environments, demonstrating strong leadership and a competitive spirit.
