Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and creative Growth Marketing Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Key Responsibilities:

Growth Strategy Development:

Develop and implement data-driven growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention. Market Analysis:

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. Campaign Management:

Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital platforms, including social media, email, search, and display advertising. Performance Tracking:

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics and analytics tools. Report on campaign effectiveness and ROI. A/B Testing:

Design and implement A/B tests to optimize marketing strategies and improve conversion rates. Customer Journey Mapping:

Analyze customer journeys to identify drop-off points and areas for improvement in the funnel. Content Strategy:

Collaborate with the content team to develop compelling and relevant content that drives growth and engagement. SEO/SEM:

Develop and execute SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic and paid search traffic. Collaboration:

Work closely with product, sales, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and support for growth initiatives. Budget Management:

Manage marketing budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI. Trend Analysis:

Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and growth hacking.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related role. Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth strategies. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media, and email marketing. Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting. Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM software. Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. High level of initiative and ability to work independently. Strong project management skills.
