The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and creative professional who is skilled at promoting our law firm's services and building lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

•Developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the firm's services and increase brand visibility.
•Creating engaging and persuasive marketing materials, including presentations, brochures, social media content, and email campaigns.
•Managing and maintaining the company's website, social media accounts, and online presence.
•Assisting with event planning and coordination, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and networking events.
•Monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
•Collaborating with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all channels.

Qualifications

•Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
•1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related role, preferably in a professional services environment.
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and partners.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to create compelling marketing materials and presentations.
•Proven ability to sell and promote the firm's services through various marketing channels, including social media, email, and events.
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing software tools, such as CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
•Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong focus on achieving goals and meeting deadlines.
•Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
•Willingness to attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows as needed to represent the firm and cultivate new business opportunities.
