Knowledge in routine maintenance and complete floor care at a health care facility. Ability to measure the proper solutions as related to the specific task. Ability to operate the floor machine, auto scrubber, vacuum, extraction equipment, washer, and dryer, lawn mowers, other gardening equipment and any other equipment necessary to perform the assigned task.
