Ensures ongoing Caregiver compliance according to state requirements that may include in-service trainings, additional background checks, etc. Proactively reaches out to new caregivers to welcome and support them. Communicates with caregivers through regular touchpoints and provides recognition and engagement opportunities. Reviews caregiver satisfaction surveys and takes actions where needed. Appropriately handles caregiver questions and issues Performs other related duties as assigned. High school graduate or GED required. One (1) to two (2) years of customer service or related experience. Other Requirements pursuant to state or local rules as applicable. Management Authority: Trains other associates Directs work of other associates Physical Requirements: Ability to move or traverse about in offices and/or client homes, including ascending and descending stairs. Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information. They will be instrumental in helping Help at Home retain caregivers through engagement, support and issue resolution.
