Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individualswith disabilities to perform the essential functions.- Responsible for accurate receiving and shipping of pallet product- Responsible for ensuring that all shipping and receiving documents and functionsare completed accurately and on time- Responsible for scheduling inbound and outbound deliveries- Responsible for entering data into and maintaining accurate records of allinventories in the RedLink inventory software system- Records and oversees data collection and daily accounting procedures.- Communicates with both internal and external customers as required and with thepallet line team- Ensure correct and timely data entry- Verify payroll and check time punches and report- Able to create and understand Excel spreadsheets- Maintain maintenance records and scheduling- Excellent phone skills- Ability to maintain and update detailed records- Employee file maintenance and human resources complianceEDUCATION and EXPERIENCE- A high school diploma or equivalent is required- Must be eighteen years of age or older- Must have basic computer and math skills and other various administrative skills- Possess 2 - 3 years' experience successfully performing the duties of pallet facility orwarehouse Clerk and/or experience in a warehouse environmentKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS- Must be prompt and on time with a excellent attendance record- Extraordinary customer service skills- Must have responsible work habits- Pass pre-employment drug test and consent to a background check- Must provide proof of eligibility to work in the United StatesPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by anemployee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
