With a focus on innovation, safety, and growth, we provide the perfect environment for you to thrive and shine. **As a Welder you play a vital role in shaping our client’s future** + Shifts = 1st shift (Working 5a-3:30p) and 2nd shift (working 5p-3:30a) + Pay = $27/hour plus shift differential + Type = Full-time; Temp-Hire As a Welder, you will responsible for performing various types of TIG welding on thin gauge aluminum, stainless steel, and Inconel based on specifications of the blueprints and or/drawings. **Welding responsibilities include (but are not limited to):** + Read and interpret blueprints and/or drawings to determine the specific welding requirements + Collaborate with Engineering on program development and new methods for product improvement. + Inspect welds for compliance and adjust as necessary. + Blend, grind, or polish welds + Use precision tools for measuring and ensuring dimensional accuracy. **Qualified candidates must have:** + Minimum 2 years welding experience with ability to pass welding tests for aircraft welding certifications (Aerospace experience a plus) + Strong mathematical skills + Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints and technical documents + High school diploma or equivalent. + Meet required ITAR regulations for the role Are you ready to build a new career with PDS?
