Looking for an Experienced Welder in the Baldwin, FL Area. This position is a Direct Hire role, candidates must be able to pass background and drug test and all candidates must have a valid drivers license. All employees are subject to random Drug and Alcohol tests. Prefer Candidates to have a background in Construction or Manufacturing Environments in a Welding Capacity, with a thorough understanding and practice all regulatory and OSHA protocols and Safety Guidelines. Candidates will be subject to a 6G Welding Certification test - if they do not posses the certification already. Overtime will be available as this position is Non-Exempt. Requirements / Skills:Proven experience as a Welder, preferably in a similar role.Proficient in Arc, Gas, Mig, and Tig welding techniques.6G welding certification preferred.Ability to interpret blueprints and welding process specifications.Familiarity with various welding equipment and tools.Strong attention to detail and quality of work.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Candidates are preferred to have their own hand tools (grinders, etc.).Physical stamina and dexterity to work in various positions and environments.
