You will be responsible for developing automation tooling for critical contact center applications for maintenance, upgrades, triaging, self-service tooling, and observability and deployment. The Expertise You Have and The Skills You Bring
  • Experience managing technology environment stability and availability.
  • Knowledge of ITIL practices
  • Knowledge of DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices and principles.
  • Experience with Agile software development methodologies, delivery projects, and implementation.

The Value You Deliver
  • Assist in developing and implementing operational stability within the Associate Experience within the Call Centers and Investment Centers
  • Developing strategies and tools to quickly remediate operational problems
  • Work closely with the Product, Engineering and Production Support team members to help increase speed of delivery, improve quality of code, stability of production and optimize processes.
  • Improve monitoring & telemetry of applications, platforms and service interdependences allowing Service Desk and Support teams to be proactive vs reactive ahead of customer or associate reported issues.
  • Leverage KPIs to help improve the speed of deliver and quality to production, auto remediation, MTTR and closure of issue at first response.
