Due to the high demand of skilled sales associates all over the globe, Elite has developed a Management Training Program. This program educates individuals looking to make a change in how the everyday person views branding a product for a company. Responsibilities of the Retail Sales Associate:Provide excellent customer service both in the office and during retail interactionsCultivate and maintain brand awareness in the communityAssist with processes such as quote/contract generation for potential new leadsSupport customer engagement through direct sales strategiesStay up to date on clients' product offerings and new sales and customer service tacticsAttend daily meetings - attendance is required Attributes for Success for the Retail Sales Associate:Ethical and honest self-starter with a positive, proactive, 'can-do' attitudeThe ability to follow through and prioritizeMust be available for immediate hireMust be able to work full-timeMust be able to communicate well with others & enjoy working with peopleMust be at least 18 years of ageWilling to work evenings and weekends when necessaryBe willing to cross-train in other positions
