• The Contract Administrator will receive and review change order requests from project managers and subcontractors.
• Track and monitor the status of change orders, ensuring timely approvals and execution.
• Maintain accurate records of all change order communications and transactions.
• The Contract Administrator will coordinate and be responsible for ordering necessary construction samples, materials, or products required for change orders.

EXPERIENCE PREFERRED FOR THE CONTRACT ADMINISTRATOR ROLE:

• Experience handling change orders for various contracts.
• Strong computer skills / Procore software is a plus for the Contract Administrator
• Ability to work with project managers
• Construction experience required
