      Schedule: M-F 7:00am-7pm CST (*must be available for 8-hour **shift between) *

      Start Date: 8/26/2024.

Working with an extensive client base, TEK systems is searching for experienced customer service representatives in Minnesota

*A Day in the Role:*

   Ability to customize customer service approach to meet all types of communication styles and personalities while maintaining professionalism and diplomacy during difficult calls.

Skillfully translate health and welfare and pension terms, complex plan information and processes into simple explanations and instructions that customers can understand and act upon.

   Read and understand clients plan documents and online knowledgebase tools while collecting relevant information to determine immediate requests/questions and to anticipate the future needs of the member.

Demonstrate knowledge, understanding and compliance with company and client procedures and guidelines providing appropriate and accurate

information.

*Requirements:*

       Must be well spoken.  

       Must haves experience in call center or front desk with call center

       Microsoft Words, Outlook, Excel proficiency

       Problem solver/ de-escalation handler

       Data Entry Experience
