Our team of experts specializes in delivering customized digital marketing solutions tailored specifically to each client's unique requirements

As a Proposal Writer, you will play a crucial role in our business development efforts by crafting compelling and well-structured proposals. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will transform complex information into clear, persuasive narratives that effectively communicate our value proposition to clients

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with team members and subject matter experts for content development.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers to enhance the proposal's visual appeal.
  • Translate technical information into clear, concise, and persuasive content.
  • Lead end-to-end proposal development, ensuring adherence to guidelines.
  • Develop proposal outlines, compliance matrices, and win themes.
  • Conduct research on clients, competitors, and industry trends for tailored proposals.
  • Analyze RFPs to understand client needs and collaborate with the RFP and Marketing team.
  • Edit and proofread proposals for clarity, coherence, and brand adherence.
  • Maintain a repository of reusable content and stay informed about industry best practices.
What You'll Bring To The Team
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience
  • English C1 or C2 Level (Native)
  • Expertise in proposal writing, copy-editing, and project management
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign and Photoshop
  • Experience with RFP/Bid responses
  • Strong communication, writing, and editing skills
  • Exceptional organization and time management, Detail-oriented and deadline-driven
  • Ability to prioritize workload and adapt to changes
  • Proven ability to handle pressure during major proposal submissions
  • Self-motivated with excellent prioritization skills, Commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace
