We are looking for an Estimating and Pricing Analyst to join our team The Estimating and Pricing Analyst will work on a wide variety of complex cost analysis and estimating activities for large and small projects. The Estimating and Pricing Analyst engages with company leadership and functional area managers to develop estimating strategies and cost analysis needed to successfully negotiate follow-on business and capture new efforts.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

* Responsible for the development of cost volumes, ROMs, risk analysis, cost models and other analysis required to support the objectives of the company.

* Evaluates BOE's for adequacy.

* Supports proposal audits, fact finding and contract negotiation discussions.

* Supports, and provides advice on policy and regulation issues as they relate to FAR, DFARS, CAS and internal policies and procedures.

* Gathers, organizes, and incorporates historical data and source documentation in cost proposal development.

* Works with Contracts Manager to define requirements and ensures that all pricing and estimating products are compliant with the RFP requirements and free from error.

* Ensures compliance with Estimating System requirements.

* Continued focus and analysis on cost development and risk posture to ensure successful program execution.

* Maintains labor rates, indirect rates, and escalation factors in pricing system.

Qualifications & Competencies

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following qualifications and competencies:

* Strong analytical skills and demonstrated ability to meet goals and deadlines accurately and on time in a fast-paced environment.

* Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations

* Experience with CAS & Disclosure Requirements including TINA.

* Experience conducting complex cost analysis and risk modeling.

* Proficiency in ProPricer

* Advanced computer proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

* Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team environment.

* Displays exemplary ethics and business conduct and performs work cognizant of safe work practices.
