Engage with clients, both in-person and over the phone, to provide expert guidance and assistance during the sales process ? Assist with merchandising, creating and maintaining clean visual displays ? Managing stock levels, completing inventory and assisting in order placement as necessary ? Greet customers as they enter the gallery ? Answer customer questions and assist with request ? Demonstrate a strong knowledge of merchandise ? Execute purchases and returns checking for accuracy ? Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner ? Answer, transfer and assist with incoming calls Requirements: ? Minimum high school diploma or equivalent education ? Business casual dress code to represent the gallery's professionalism and style ? Bilingual abilities are preferred but not mandatory ? Exceptional communication skills to connect with a diverse clientele ? Strong customer service in all aspects of the sales process ?
