Summary

PlayCore is seeking a highly motivated technical resource to join our ERP implementation team as a Data Analyst. In this role, you will support the implementation team in data validation, data mining, and data reporting.

Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Data Validation: Assist end-users, functional consultants, business analysts, and other technical resources in validating cutover data.
  • Data Mining: Assist end-users, functional consultants, business analysts, and other technical resources in mining data in providing solutions.
  • Reporting: Assist end-users, functional consultants, business analysts, and other technical resources in mining data in developing solutions for critical reporting opportunities.
  • Data Migration: Plan and execute data migration activities, ensuring data accuracy and consistency during the transition.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with end-users, functional consultants, business analysts, and other technical resources to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide knowledge transfer to business teams.
Education and/or Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
Preferred Skills
  • Advanced User Experience with Microsoft apps related to data mining.
  • Experience with utilizing ERP in management of business processes.
  • Previous experience in industries such as manufacturing, or finance
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics D365/AX
Language Skills
  • Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Must have the ability to write routine reports and correspondence as well as be able to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Other Skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to work well within a team and project environment.
  • Background must demonstrate the ability to operate effectively within a complex, dynamic environment.
  • Commitment to keeping abreast of technology and sharing that knowledge with others.
