CornerStone Staffing is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Rep to join a leading financial services team in Dakota Dunes, SD This on-site position is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with experience in escrow, mortgage, or financial services who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to accurate and compliant financial operations. Customer Service Rep Location Dakota Dunes, SD near Sioux City, IA | Onsite COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE • $18/hour • Monday – Friday between 9am – 6pm CST - training from 8am-4:30pm CST ROLE IMPACT As a vital member of a leading financial services team, the CSR ensures the accurate and timely disbursement of insurance payments, contributing to seamless escrow operations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Answer inbound calls from customers regarding their escrow accounts. Assist customers with changes to their insurance carriers, and update billing when needed. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or GED 1–2 years of experience in a call center center, preferably dealing with escrow, mortgage, or financial services Proven analytical and communication skills High attention to detail and effective problem-solving capabilities CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS Escrow and mortgage servicing platforms Microsoft Excel and internal reporting tools Email and client communication systems PREFERRED SKILLS Familiarity with CPI policies and escrow payment cycles Experience with compliance-driven documentation Ability to manage deadlines under pressure PRE-EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS Background check Drug screen By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from CornerStone and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
