Responsibilities:
  • Willing to learn CNC setup and operation.
  • Complete assigned duties from Foreman
  • Ensure attention to detail and follow all safety standards.
  • Set up parts to be machined using overhead cranes, forklifts, etc.
  • Assist on site with other departments within Lee Contracting
  • Maintain a clean and organized work site.
  • Willing to learn how to properly use inspection tools such as calipers, height gauges, micrometers, etc.
Requirements:
  • Experience working in an industrial shop setting preferred.
  • Manual machining experience preferred.
  • Experience with large scale piecework, prototyping, and on-off machining preferred but not required.
  • Familiarity with standard machining equipment and tools preferred
  • Welding experience is preferred but not required.
  • Rigging, welding, and heavy machinery experience is preferred but not required.
