Job Summary:

Job Specifications:
- Starting Wage: $3.26 - $7.25 / hour + tips
- If hired into a tipped position, guaranteed to make a minimum of $20 / hour inclusive of tips
- Shift & Schedule Availability: Part Time Hours Available
- Skill Level: Entry
- Make connections with guests and co-workers
- Share our passion for the mountains during service
- Follow the leadership's guidelines outlined during the daily pre-shift meeting
- Develop knowledge of all menu items to make recommendations to guests
- Operate a point-of-sale system to enter orders properly
- Maintain a clean and tidy workstations throughout and at the end of the workday
- Ski/Snowboard out after work (optional + location dependent)
- Other duties as assigned
- We will teach you all the necessary skills to be able to execute your job safely, no formal experience is necessary
- Desire to learn and grow
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time, to bend, lift, and carry objects up to 40lbs
The expected pay range is $20.00. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
