Overview: We're seeking a Social Media and Influencer Manager who thrives in the dynamic intersection of strategic storytelling, content creation, and influencer engagement. As a pivotal member of our team, you will lead the charge in crafting and executing engaging social media campaigns, fostering influencer partnerships, and driving brand affinity across platforms. You'll be the driving force behind our social media presence, ensuring it resonates with our audience, drives meaningful engagement, and aligns seamlessly with our brand identity. Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Content Creation & Execution: Conceptualize, plan, and execute captivating photo and video shoots for content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest, coordinating with relevant stakeholders. Manage end-to-end social content processes, from planning the feed to shoots to actually posting content, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and objectives. Develop strategies to creatively promote products across diverse SKU assortments and retail channels, leveraging data-driven insights. 2. Community Engagement and Management: Ensure timely posting, community engagement, and brand-aligned messaging across platforms. Monitor industry trends and emerging influencers, leveraging insights to enhance organic social content and influencer strategies. Proactively engage with our community, responding to DMs, comments, and inquiries in a timely and on-brand manner. 3. Influencer Partnerships and Campaigns: Lead the development and execution of paid and gifted influencer marketing campaigns, driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. Cultivate relationships with key influencers, managing gifting, partnerships, and brand ambassador programs. Collaborate cross-functionally to streamline influencer gifting, tracking, and reporting processes. 4. Social Performance Analysis and Reporting: Regularly analyze social performance metrics, optimizing campaigns and strategies for maximum impact. Provide comprehensive summaries of campaign performance, influencer reach, and engagement for leadership review. Track and report on key social metrics, including engagement, followers, mentions, and site visits, to inform ongoing strategy. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Marketing or Digital Marketing. 3-5 years of experience in Social Media Management and Content Creation. Expert knowledge of social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and Twitter. Ability to conceptualize, capture, and edit both still and video content (photoshop/canva skills a major plus) Strong relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a keen eye for detail. Strategic mindset, capable of driving both paid and non-paid social media initiatives. Proven ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work autonomously with minimal supervision
