Kronos Analyst

6 month Contract Opportunity: USC, GC Holder, Perm Reside Local to Dallas Fort Worth and surrounding cities.

Requirements:
Experience in working with Kronos 8.x application including system configurations, clock devices, interfaces and Kronos reporting.
•Troubleshoot clock issues working with Kronos Global Support (KGS) and the plant users.
•Experience configuring deploying and maintaining Kronos clocks using Workforce Device Manager
•If troubleshooting methods do not resolve order new clock, configuration and set-ups
•3+ years of hands on configuration of Kronos Workforce Central system
•Needs Kronos functional knowledge
•Define requirements to ensure end-to-end service performance from the end user's perspective
•Knowledge of HCM system (Workday)
•Serve as a liaison between developers and business owners
•bility to work cross functionally and co-ordinate with business users and Kronos Product Support Team
•Serve as a subject matter expert between business and technology teams to define business requirements and solutions, ability to translating business requirements into deliverables
•Setup security and access profiles
•Performs configuration upgrades and acquisition transitions.
•Developed a detailed project plan based on the clients' business requirements in conjunction with feedback from Kronos design and development teams.
•Perform an initial triage of production issues and communicate to all parties involved for a resolution.
•Coordinate setups of interfaces
Work with the internal stakeholders for change ticket creation, ensure the ticket life cycle is complete and taken to closure
