Senior Financial Data Analyst

Provide financial and data analytics across the organization.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Collaborate with IT to develop appropriate dashboards to support RCM and Operations.

    • Develop analytical models, reports, and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
    • Ensure data analysis aligns with business objectives and provides value to various departments.
    • Promote data-driven decision making throughout the organization by providing relevant insights and recommendations.
  • Provide financial analysis and reporting support
    • Perform financial analysis, trend analysis, and variance analysis, to assess the financial health and performance of the organization.
    • Develop, generate, and automate regular financial reports, dashboards, and visualizations for stakeholders.
    • Identify key financial metrics and create models to track and forecast financial performance.
  • Provide support on forecasting and budgeting
    • Assist in the development of financial forecasts, budgets, and long-term financial planning.
    • Analyze historical financial data and economic trends to create accurate financial models and forecasts.
    • Collaborate with the finance teams to support the budgeting process, including variance analysis and scenario planning.
  • Evaluate and implement data analytics and BI tools and technologies to support the department's goals.
  • Other ad hoc requests as needed that could cover any function in the organization and include items such as evaluating investment requests, cash flow analysis and M&A.
  • Position can be remote with some travel required periodically to the National Support Center located in Lewisville, TX.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience covering financial analysis, data analytics and business intelligence.
  • Undergraduate degree required; Masters a plus but not required.
  • Solid quantitative and qualitive analysis skills with advanced experience in Excel and Excel in Modeling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Prior healthcare experience preferred.
  • High capacity for strategic thought and the ability to solve complex business problems.
  • Satisfactory references from employers and/or professional peers.
  • Satisfactory criminal background checks.
  • Satisfactory drug screen.
