Who You Are:System Engineer Analyst with the ability to understand multiple roles in the targeting systems and specific user challenges for those roles, particularly when engaging users.Ability to work closely with users (analysts, including approvers and adjudicators) to research and document user profiles, analysis tasks, workflows, and user scenarios in order to create user interface design from specifications provided.Knowledge and desire to work with developers to identify system discrepancies; communicates ideas effectively and can describe use cases and events and give feedback on proposed designs and recommended implementations, including any usability concerns.Hold an active security clearance with polygraph.
