Job Description:
Must have desktop/laptop repair experience.
Strong experience with MacOS and Windows 10/11.
Provides support for software, hardware and networking support for desktops, laptops.
Install and maintain PCs and associated software.
Ensures client specific Service Level Agreements are met.
Provides follow-up on problems or escalation.
Experience with ticketing systems.
