Position Summary:

As an Escrow Officer at N Title, you will manage and coordinate the closing process for transaction files, ensuring client satisfaction, regulatory compliance and adherence to company values. You will oversee transaction files from receipt to completion: process transactions, review and prepare necessary documents, conduct closings, balance and disburse funds. This office-based role requires attention to detail, proactive task management, and exceptional customer service skills.

Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Oversee closings files from receipt to completion, ensuring client satisfaction and quality of work.
  • Determine and satisfy closing requirements by reviewing and complying with contract and lender instructions.
  • Assist team members and perform other duties as needed.
  • Maintain a daily task list in RamQuest with no overdue tasks.
  • Order, prepare and review necessary documents for closing.
  • Prepare and handle documents from opening to closing, ensuring complete disbursement and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with lenders in preparation of closing statements for buyers and sellers.
Qualifications

Experience:
  • College Degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a title company; Escrow Officer license required.
  • Proficient with Windows, Word, Excel, Outlook; effective communication; strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Exemplary customer service; self-discipline; decision-making; work efficiently under deadlines; handle high work volume; work independently and as part of a team.
  • All aspects of escrow from opening to closing; RamQuest CCE experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license; ability to pass a background check.
