Proxy Product Owner/Business Analyst

The ideal candidate's skills include:

5+ years in Proxy Product Owner (historically Business Analyst, BA) activities with a proven track record in DTC e-commerce projects (Commercetools, Salesforce Commerce, SAP Hybris, Adobe Commerce) in an Agile Scrum environment.

A drive to thrive as an individual contributor youre a doer above all else.

A love for complex details and a bias for data your methodology and decision-making is data-driven.

Demonstrable skills in statistics and probability to analyze datasets from multiple sources.

Demonstrable skills in data modeling and visualization to transform raw data into actionable representations eg tables, graphs, diagrams, plots, etc.

Previous experience contributing to and/or driving Discoveries and Investigations on products and datasets.

Practical experience in applying key BA techniques (use cases, user stories, root cause analysis, prototyping, prioritization, mind mapping, functional decomposition, items tracking, risk management, estimation, decision analysis, etc).

Practical experience with tools used for BA activities and teamwork (modeling and prototyping tools, tracking systems, communication tools, etc).

Practical experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, BigQuery, PowerBI (or similar).

Accountability, strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills.

Ability to respectfully challenge the Business and other stakeholders on business requirements.

Strong desire to learn more about business every day.

Experience working in Jira/Azure DevOps or a similar project management tool.

MUST HAVE 1 of the following qualifications to be considered:

Certified Product Owner, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSP O ), Pr ofessional Scrum Product Owner II (PSPO II), Certified Agile Product Owner (CAPO), Agile Product Owner (APO), Agile Certified Product Manager and Product Owner (ACPMPO), Certified Product Owner (CPO) or SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM).

Would be a plus:

Experience with SAFe/LeSS.

Experience with Composable Commerce.

Experience with API interface definitions.

Experience with AWS Cloud technologies.

About The Role:

Creating various artifacts such as DoDs, ACs, SRSs, minimal schema and configuration requirements, presentations, user guides, introduction materials, demos, and release notes.

Contributing to delivery planning within a cross-competence team e.g. Product owner, Project manager, design, content manager, front-end and back-end engineers.

Communicating and coordinating effectively with stakeholders cross-functionally in a global organization.
