Accounts Payable Specialist

Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr A leading nationwide supplier is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist with experience in multi-entity accounting and intercompany transactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record managing high-volume, full-cycle AP processes and the ability to excel in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Responsibilities Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently across multiple entities. Manage full-cycle AP including coding, approvals, data entry, and payments. Handle intercompany transactions and reconciliations. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies. Assist with month-end close and AP reporting. Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with W-9 and 1099 requirements. Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH, and wire payments. Provide audit support through documentation and reporting. Qualifications Hands-on accounts payable experience in a high-volume, multi-entity environment. Strong Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables. Experience with MS Dynamics 365 or any large ERP software strongly preferred. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and problem?solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
