Experienced IT Business Analyst Opportunity

Summary

Seeking an IT Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in IT business analysis and demonstrate expertise in troubleshooting user and application issues within a specific business domain.

Responsibilities

Day-to-Day Support:

Provide daily support and troubleshooting for user and application problems within a designated business area. Offer process, functional, and technical expertise in analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing business processes and applications.

Collaboration And Documentation

Collaborate with IT staff and internal stakeholders in new product reviews, tests, and pilots. Document system functions and cross-functional processes for the IT team and internal business clients. Provide consulting support on processes and system-related issues.

Requirements Analysis And Solution Design

Elicit, document, and analyze requirements and functional specifications for cross-functional projects to deliver optimal business solutions. Design customer-approved solutions in collaboration with senior team members. Leverage business knowledge to design solutions addressing specific business needs. Identify operational inefficiencies, conflicting practices, and integration issues, proposing alternative solutions.

Project Implementation And Support

Coordinate project activities with Quality Assurance and Software Development teams for successful implementation. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams and business partners. Track project tasks through production ticket system or project server, keeping the Project Manager informed of any issues.

Testing And Maintenance

Create and execute test scripts to ensure minimal production issues post implementation of enhancements, changes, or upgrades.
