Dinsmore is seeking a Jr. HRIS Analyst at our Cincinnati, OH location. The successful candidate will play an integral role in the daily operations of the Human Resources, Systems and Accounting Departments. This position will provide HRIS support and analytics to the Dinsmore HR team, including system administration, data integrity, technology project support, and reporting. The Jr. HRIS Analyst will be a member of the Systems Department and will report to the Director of Data & Digital Services.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR data audit processes to ensure data integrity for all HR systems, including Dayforce and internal databases.
Identify opportunities for efficiency and streamlining existing HR business processes
Compile and format data files for mass uploads
Run and analyze reports and craft custom/ad hoc reports as needed
Collaborate with various HR functional areas, Payroll, and IT department on system change management, data audits, and HR data processing
Audit and validate data, research discrepancies and correct errors
Generally support and back up the Sr. HRIS Analyst on all projects, maintenance and initiatives
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor's degree plus 1 year of experience in HRIS or HR Technology role
Strong analytical/problem solving skills
Experience working on HRIS project implementations
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Visio and PowerPoint)
Ability to maintain discretion and work with sensitive/confidential subject matter required
Demonstrate accuracy, thoroughness and strong attention to detail
Proven success as a positive team player, as well as a proactive, independent worker
Law firm or service industry experience preferred
