Position Summary:
As our Director of Finance for French Hospital, you will be responsible for the overall functions of budgeting, cost accounting, decision support, management engineering, financial analysis and special projects, in order to assist in the proper financial management of the Hospital.
You will p roactively develop, analyze, and interpret key financial performance indicators in terms of profitability, performance against budget, and trends in order to recommend corrective action to our executive leadership team. You will also c oordinate and direct the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts, and institute and maintain other planning and control procedures. You'll work hand in hand with other departmental leaders to assist with budget compliance, and will conduct budget and analysis training as needed.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- Bachelors degree in a related field required.
- Minimum of five (5) years of accounting and finance experience in a large organization, with at least three of those years in healthcare required.
- Minimum of three (3) years of managerial experience is required.
