The Logistics Coordinator reports to the Companys Director of Operations
Job Description:
Organized and detail-oriented logistics professional with quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
The Logistics Coordinator will manage all production equipment, from maintenance, inventory reports, internal use schedule and workflow, and more. Also, the Logistics Coordinator will assist in all setup & dismantling tasks related to events and collaborate directly with Event Management leaders.
Job Responsabilities:
In charge of Company Van use and maintenance
Coordinate all control measures for production equipment regular maintenance
Develop and implement a strategic inventory system for all production equipment internal use
Complete weekly inventory checks for internal equipment
Coordinate event setup and dismantling schedule and needs in collaboration and approval of Event Manager and Event Coordinator
Van Schedule
Extra vehicle rental (if applicable)
Hired staff needs
Coordinate Registration Events set up and dismantling in collaboration and approval of the Event Manager
Provide strategic and efficient solutions for problems that arise in day-to-day operations and during the event management process related to inventory management and equipment
Implement and execute safety standards throughout the set-up and dismantling tasks for internal and external staff members
Job Qualifications:
Self-motivated and detail-oriented
Ability to work independently and take initiative, as well as collaborate as part of a team
Strong (verbal and written) communication skills
Effective presentation and negotiation skills
A high degree of professionalism
Ability to prioritize tasks and track multiple processes throughout Company operation
Good time-management skills with a problem-solving attitude
Proficient in technological platforms
General knowledge of Microsoft Excel program
