**About the role**

The Material Handler supports our inventory management system by ensuring materials are accurately counted, managed, and distributed to support our robot manufacturing lines.

**About the work**

* Perform inbound visual inspections, unpackaging, PO matching, counting, labeling, transacting, disposition, and accurate put away to designated locations following department procedures

* Perform daily kanban replenishment, and initiate reorders to maintain consumables availability

* Pick, stage, and deliver items to production per schedule, and expedite deliveries as needed

* Perform cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy, and investigate and resolve discrepancies

* Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas by applying dunnage removal and 5S daily

* Execute dispositions of discrepant materials as needed (e.g. RTV, RTS, rework, scrap, etc.)

* Perform periodic equipment inspection, maintenance and repairs for safe operation

* Assist other departments as needed to ensure material availability and schedules

**About you**

* High School diploma or GED and 2+ years work experience in warehouse / stocking environment

* Experience using MRP systems to perform transactions, counts, picking, and generating reports

* Ability to safely operate material handling equipment and perform warehouse operations safely

* Ability to evaluate processes and workflow and make recommendations for improvement

* Able to lift 50 lbs, excellent visual acuity and manual dexterity to handle small parts

* Proficiency using MS Office or Google Suite, and ability to learn new software applications

* Good written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to work independently and in teams
