JOB DESCRIPTION In full expansion, we are currently looking for a talented and passionate IT Security Specialist to join our dynamic team. You will be responsible for developing, implementing and maintaining security measures to protect Forsee Power’s computers, systems and networks. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data and systems. As such, you will be responsible for: Security Implementation:

Deploy, manage and maintain security measures on networks, systems and applications to protect against unauthorized access, breaches and vulnerabilities. Security policy development:

Create and implement security policies, protocols and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Incident response and investigation:

Develop security incident response plans and investigate security violations or issues. Vulnerability assessment:

Conduct regular security assessments and penetration tests to identify vulnerabilities and mitigate potential risks. Security monitoring and auditing:

Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity, perform security audits and produce reports to evaluate and improve security measures. Security training and awareness:

Educate and train staff in security best practices and new threats to ensure a culture of security within the organization. Security tools and technologies:

Evaluate, recommend and implement security tools and technologies to strengthen Forsee Power’s security infrastructure. Regulatory compliance:

Ensure compliance with information security laws, regulations and standards (e.g. GDPR, etc.). Disaster recovery and business continuity:

Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans in the event of security incidents or breaches. You will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team contributing to innovation for a better impact and securing our energy future. Profile

A mastery of information security management: Familiarity with information security frameworks, such as ISO 27001 or NIST Skills in risk assessment, vulnerability identification and prioritization of security measures Competence in the use of security tools, such as intrusion detection systems, firewalls, anti-virus software and encryption tools. Ability to develop, implement and enforce security policies and procedures tailored to the needs of the organization. Experience in planning and executing incident response procedures, including analysis, containment, eradication and recovery. Understanding of cloud security principles and best practices for securing data and applications in cloud environments. Knowledge of security auditing processes and techniques to assess and verify compliance with security policies. The ideal candidate has excellent communication, problem-solving and adaptability skills. He/she excels in teamwork, provides exceptional customer service, and demonstrates remarkable attention to detail while working independently.
